Warranty Policy

Gelbeam 2-Year Limited Warranty;

Gelbeam warrants, subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in this limited warranty, that the Gelbeam device, when purchased by the original buyer, will be free from defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original retail purchase date (the ‘Warranty Period’). This limited warranty is applicable with certain exclusions and limitations as specified herein.

Who is covered?

This limited warranty applies solely to the customer who originally purchased the Gelbeam device directly from Gelbeam or an authorized Gelbeam seller in the United States. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products obtained from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, are not eligible for coverage under this warranty. Claims must be initiated within the warranty period.

What is NOT covered under this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to dirt or water, tampering, unreasonable use, or neglect of reasonable and necessary maintenance.
2. Service operations carried out or attempted by unauthorized service agencies.
3. Only Gelbeam IPL Devices are covered by warranty. No accompanying gifts or items given with the product, or won through Gelbeam giveaways are covered.

What are the solutions under this limited warranty?

Throughout the two years of the warranty period, if a defect arises in the Gelbeam device and Gelbeam receives a valid claim, Gelbeam will:

1. Repair the defective Gelbeam device at no cost, utilizing new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. Replace the defective Gelbeam device with a new or refurbished Gelbeam device.
3. In the case of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your exclusive remedies.

How do I obtain warranty service?

To obtain Warranty Service, you must email Gelbeam’s Customer Service Department at hello@gelbeamglobal.com  during the applicable warranty period. You will need to:

1. Provide photos and a description of the defect.
2. Provide proof of purchase details.
3. If your claim is accepted, Gelbeam will send a confirmation email to you.
4. We will send a shipping label to your residence for you to return the applicable device. Please include all items that were in the original packaging.

Disclaimers; Implied Warranties

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. GELBEAM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GELBEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF GELBEAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GELBEAM’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
